use Courier Post for all national deliveries. If we have the products
you order in stock (and we usually do) we will dispatch your order
within 24 hours. You can usually expect it to arrive within three
working days.
We provide an
unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in
original condition within 15 days of receipt. Damaged or defective
goods will be returned and replaced at our cost. Other returns by
negotiation. Please advise us promptly of any problems.
Our
delivery charge is $4.50 per order within New Zealand on all orders up
to $150.00. Delivery is free within New Zealand on all
orders over $150.00 total.
International
International
orders have to be made in the appropriate Shop for the region where
goods are to be shipped. We have a separate online shop for New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada & Asia, Europe & Ireland, United Kingdom and for the rest of the world.
When
you have selected the appropriate region's shop then the prices shown
include air freight and there is usually no additional cost. Under
special circumstances an additional delivery charge may apply but in
this case we will confirm the additional charge with you by email
before we send the goods.
HealthPost uses NZ-Post
International Air freight for all international deliveries unless
otherwise arranged. You can usually expect the product to arrive within
three weeks of your order (Australian orders take only 1-2 weeks).

Most countries Customs
Regulations accept the importation of health supplements for personal
use. Some do not. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods
which you order are not prohibited within your country.

accept no liability for the replacement of any goods or any costs
relating to or arising from the importation or confiscation of any
goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. We
accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New
Zealand.
